1. Meeting called to order.
2. Approval of minutes of July 31, 2014, and October 3, 2014, meetings.
3. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Board approval of a resolution adopting the 2040 Metropolitan Transportation Plan.
4. Consider recommending to the LMPO Transportation Policy Board adoption of a resolution approving Amendment No. 2 to the Federal Fiscal Years 2015 – 2018 Transportation Improvement Program adding $150,000 in Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality funds in FFY 2016.
5. Review proposed projects to be included in the Fiscal Year 2016 Unified Planning Work Program and provide guidance to Staff.
