1. Meeting called to order. 
2. Approval of minutes of June 28, 2012 and July 19, 2012, meetings. 
3. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee approval of Amendment No. 2 to the FY 2013 Unified Planning Work Program to include the task to extend the current long range transportation plan through December 2014.  
4. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee adoption of a resolution approving Amendment No. 4 to the Federal Fiscal Years 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 Transportation Improvement Program for the Lawton Metropolitan Area Transportation Study Area to transfer FFY 2011 funds from the Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan Route Improvements to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan Construction Plans. 
5. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee adoption of a resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to the Federal Fiscal Years 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 Transportation Improvement Program for the Lawton Metropolitan Transportation Study Area to include $400,000 for right-of-way acquisition and $16,296 for utility adjustment for the US 62/I-44 Interchange in FFY 2013.
