3. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Board approval of a resolution adopting the Federal Fiscal Years 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 Transportation Improvement Program for the Lawton Metropolitan Area Transportation Study area. 
4. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Board approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 2 between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for Section 5303 transit planning.
