3. Consider recommending to the LMPO Policy Board approval of the Request for Proposals for audit services and authorizing staff to issue the RFP.
    
4. Consider recommending to the LMPO Policy Board approval of the Request for Qualifications for development of the travel demand model and authorize staff to issue the RFQ.
    
5. Consider recommending to the LMPO Policy Board approval of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization and the City Transit Trust for Transit Performance Measures.
