1. Meeting called to order.
    
2. Approval of minutes of July 11, 2017, meeting.
    
3. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Board adoption of a resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to the Federal Fiscal Years 2018 – 2021 Transportation Improvement Program adding in FFY 2018 a study on the feasibility and cost to transition from buses which use diesel fuel to buses which use compressed natural gas (CNG).
    
4. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Board approval of the Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for Section 5303 transit planning for FFY 2018.
    
5. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Board a prioritized list of intersections for installation of actuated traffic signals using Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality funds.
