1. Meeting called to order and roll call. 
2. Approval of minutes of July 9, 2019, meeting. 
3. Hold a public hearing and consider approving a resolution adopting the Federal Fiscal Years 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 Transportation Improvement Program for the Lawton Metropolitan Area Transportation Study area. 
4. Consider approving the Annual Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for Section 5303 transit planning for FFY 2020. 
5. Review proposed projects to be included in the 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan.
