Hold a public hearing and consider adopting a resolution approving Amendment No. 5 to the Federal Fiscal Years 2015 – 2018 Transportation Improvement Program adding $150,000 in Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality funding in FFY 2017, an additional $31,685 in FTA Section 5307 funding in FFY 2016, and $636,815 in FTA Section 5339 funding in FFY 2016. 
4. Consider authorizing the disposition of HP DesignJet 800 plotter.
