  1. Meeting called to order and roll call.
     
  2. Approval of minutes of July 11, 2017, meeting.
     
  3. Hold a public hearing and consider adopting a resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to the Federal Fiscal Years 2018 – 2021 Transportation Improvement Program adding in FFY 2018 a study on the feasibility and cost to transition from buses which use diesel fuel to buses which use compressed natural gas (CNG).
     
  4. Consider approving the Annual Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for Section 5303 transit planning for FY 2018.
     
  5. Consider approving a prioritized list of intersections for installation of actuated traffic signals using Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality funds.
     
  6. Reports.
