2. Election of Vice-Chairman.
3. Approval of minutes of the September 8, 2015, meeting.
4. Hold a public hearing and consider adopting a resolution approving Amendment No. 3 to the Federal Fiscal Years 2015 – 2018 Transportation Improvement Program adding SE 45^th Street (Lee Boulevard to Arlington Avenue) project in FFY 2016 and moving the I-44/US 62 Interchange project from FFY 2016 to FFY 2017.
5. Receive a presentation from Stanfield & Brim on the LMPO audit for the period beginning July 1, 2014 and ending June 30, 2015 and consider accepting the audit.
