3. Consider selecting a firm for the study of bus routes for the Lawton Area Transit System, authorizing staff to negotiate the terms, and authorizing the Chairman to execute a contract. 
4. Consider approving the Request for Proposals for audit services and authorizing staff to issue the RFP.  
5. Reports.
