Hold a public hearing and consider adopting a resolution approving Amendment No. 2 to the Federal Fiscal Years 2015 – 2018 Transportation Improvement Program adding $150,000 in Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality funds in FFY 2016.

Consider approving a resolution adopting the Fiscal Year 2016 Unified Planning Work Program for the Lawton Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process.

Consider approving the annual Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for transportation planning.

Consider approving the annual Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for Section 5303 transit planning.

Consider approving the annual Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for air quality planning.

Consider approving the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Lawton and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for metropolitan transportation planning for Fiscal Year 2016.
