- Election of Vice-Chairman.
- Consider approving the bylaws for the LMPO Transportation Policy Board.
- Consider adopting a resolution accepting the assignment of the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization’s approved contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding, certifications, and outstanding financial obligations.
- Consider adopting a resolution establishing bank account at City National Bank, Montgomery Square, Lawton, Oklahoma to conduct the financial transactions of the LMPO.
- Consider accepting the transfer of the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization’s inventory to the Transportation Policy Board.
