3. Approval of minutes of the November 1, 2013 meeting.
4. Consider approving a resolution adopting Amendment No. 1 to the Fiscal Year 2014 Unified Planning Work Program for the Lawton Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process.
5. Consider selecting a consultant to prepare the travel demand model for the update of the long range transportation plan.
