- Meeting called to order.
- Approval of minutes of the October 25 and November 8, 2012, meetings.
- Hold a public hearing and consider adopting a resolution approving Amendment No. 4 to the Federal Fiscal Years 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 Transportation Improvement Program for the Lawton Metropolitan Area Transportation Study Area to transfer FFY 2011 funds from the Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan Route Improvements to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan Construction Plans.
- Hold a public hearing and consider adopting a resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to the Federal Fiscal Years 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 Transportation Improvement Program for the Lawton Metropolitan Area Transportation Study Area to include $400,000 for right-of-way acquisition and $16,296 for utility adjustment for the US 62 and I-44 Interchange improvements in FFY 2013.
