- Meeting called to order.
- Approval of minutes of the August 15, 2013, meeting.
- Receive a presentation from Guernsey and Associates on the Downtown Transfer Center location and design
concept and take appropriate action. - Consider approving a Request for Proposals for development of the travel demand model and authorize staff to issue the RFP.
- Consider approving a resolution acknowledging the request to redesignate the Transportation Policy Board of the Lawton Metropolitan Area as the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization in accordance with Section 134, Title 23, United States Code.
