2. Approval of minutes of February 12, 2019, meeting.
   
   
3. Election of Vice-Chairman.
   
   
4. Receive a presentation from the Oklahoma Department of Transportation Transit Division on administration of fixed guideway systems.
   
   
5. Consider supporting the performance measures targets established by the Lawton Area Transit System in the Transit Asset Management Plan.
   
   
6. Discuss the current schematic design options for the freight route connecting the West Industrial Park to US 62 and consider directing staff to prepare an RFP to retain a consultant to refine the current schematic designs and produce a final conceptual design and cost estimate.
