Consider adopting a resolution supporting the inclusion of implementation of the Prioritized Projects in the Lawton Metropolitan Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan, a streetscape enhancement project for the 2nd Street Enhancement Project from Ferris Avenue to south of Dearborn Avenue, and a streetscape enhancement project for the 2nd Street Enhancement Project from south of Gore Blvd. to SW C Avenue as Transportation Enhancement Projects in the current Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).

Schedule a forty-five day public review and comment period prior to holding a public hearing to consider amending the LMPO's Public Participation Process (PPP).

Reimburse the City of Lawton for transportation planning and Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) planning for June 2008.
