3. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee approval of a resolution adopting the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization's Public Participation Process.
4. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee approval of a resolution adopting the Fiscal Year 2010 Unified Planning Work Program for the Lawton Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process.
5. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee endorsement of the annual Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for transportation planning.
6. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee endorsement of the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Lawton and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for metropolitan transportation planning for Fiscal Year 2010.
7. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee endorsement of the annual Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for air quality planning.
8. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee endorsement of the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Lawton and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for Congestion Mitigation Air Quality programs and projects during Fiscal Year 2010.
9. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee endorsement of the Federal Transit Administration Certifications and Assurances for Fiscal Year 2010.
10. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee endorsement of the annual Joint Certification Statement for the Lawton Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process.
11. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee endorsement of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization.
