  2. Approval of minutes of June 22, 2006 and January 18, 2007.

    New Business

  3. Consider approving Resolution No. 07-__ adopting the Federal Fiscal Year 2008-2011 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for the Lawton Metropolitatn Area.
  4. Consider approving an amendment to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2006-2007 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) limits.
  5. Consider endorsing the Annual Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization (LMPO) for transportation planning.
  6. Consider endorsing the annual Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) agreement between Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the LMPO for air quality planning.
  7. Consider endorsing the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Lawton and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization (LMPO) for metropolitan transportation planning for Fiscal Year (FY) 2007-2008.
  8. Consider endorsing the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Lawton and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization (LMPO) for Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) Campaign during Fiscal Year (FY) 2007-2008.
  9. Consider approving Resolution No. 07-__ adopting the Fiscal Year (FY) 2007-2008 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP).
  10. Consider endorsing the Annual Joint Certification Statement for the Lawton Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process.
  11. Consider endorsing the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Certifications and Assurances for Fiscal Year (FY) 2007-2008.
