3. Hold a public hearing and consider approving a resolution adopting Federal Fiscal Years 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 Transportation Improvement Program for the Lawton Metropolitan Area Transportation Study area. 
4. Consider approving the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for Section 5303 transit planning.
