  2. Approval of minutes of June 22, 2006 and January 18, 2007.

    New Business

  3. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee approval of a resolution adopting the Federal Fiscal Year 2008-2011 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for the Lawton Metropolitan Area.
  4. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee approval of an amendment to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2006-2007 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) limits.
  5. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee endorsement of the Annual Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization (LMPO) for transportation planning.
  6. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee endorsement of the annual Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the LMPO for air quality planning.
  7. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee endorsement of the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Lawton and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization (LMPO) for metropolitan transportation planning for Fiscal Year 2007-2008.
  8. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee endorsement of the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Lawton and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization (LMPO) for Congestion Mitigation Air Quality Campaign during Fiscal Year 2007-2008.
  9. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee approval of a Resolution adopting the Fiscal Year (FY) 2007-2008 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP).
  10. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee endorsement of the Annual Joint Certification Statement of the Lawton Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process.
  11. Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee endorsement of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Certifications and Assurances for Fiscal Year (FY) 2007-2008.
