- Meeting called to order and roll call.
- Approval of the minutes of the April 26, 2007 meeting.
- Hold a public hearing and consider adopting Resolution No. 07-___ endorsing the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2008-2011 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for the Lawton Metropolitan Area Transportation Study area.
- Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee approval of an admendment to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2006-2007 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) limits.
- Consider approving the Annual Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization (LMPO) for transportation planning and authorize the Chairman to execute.
- Consider approving the annual Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the LMPO for air quality planning and authorize the Chairman to execute.
- Consider approving the Fiscal Year (FY) 2007-2008 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) for the Lawton Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process.
- Consider approving the Annual Joint Certification Statement for the Lawton Metropolitan Transportation Process and authorize the Chairman to execute.
- Consider approving the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Lawton and the Lawton Metropolitatn Planning Organization (LMPO) for metropolitan transportation planning for Fiscal Year (FY) 2007-2008 and authorize the Chairman to execute.
- Consider approving the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Certifications and Assurances for Fiscal Year (FY) 2007-2008 and authorize the Chairman to execute.
- Reimburse the City of Lawton for transportation planning and Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) planning for December 2006, January 2007, and February 2007.

"The Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization (LMPO) encourages participation from all of its citizens. If participation at any public meeting is not possible due to a disability, notification to the Planning Division at (580) 581-3375 at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting is encouraged to make the necessary accomodations. The LMPO may waive the 48-hour rule if interpreters for the deaf (signing) is not the necessary accommodation."
