Have you ever thought how nice it would be to save some money on gas?  Well, this week the Lawton Area Transit System and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization are giving you an opportunity to ride transit for free during Try Transit Week.   In Sunday’s Lawton Constitution, in the Cannoneer, and in the Cameron Collegian there is a flyer with two round-trip coupons to ride the bus.  The coupons are valid for September 27 through October 1.  The Lawton Area Transit System and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization encourage residents to “Give transit a try-- on us.”
