3. Receive a presentation from EST, provide direction to staff regarding the scope of services for the contact on a Traffic Flow Study, and consider authorizing the MPO director to sign said contract once approved by the City Attorney.
   
   
4. Consider ratifying the contract with Kimley-Horn for a Zero-Emission Bus Analysis and Rollout Plan for the Lawton Area Transit System.
   
   
5. Receive a report from MPO staff regarding past projects that used MPO funding and provide direction as necessary.
