- Meeting called to order and roll call.
- Approval of minutes of July 11, 2017, meeting.
- Hold a public hearing and consider adopting a resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to the Federal Fiscal Years 2018 – 2021 Transportation Improvement Program adding in FFY 2018 a study on the feasibility and cost to transition from buses which use diesel fuel to buses which use compressed natural gas (CNG).
- Consider approving the Annual Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for Section 5303 transit planning for FY 2018.
- Consider approving a prioritized list of intersections for installation of actuated traffic signals using Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality funds.
