2. Approval of minutes of September 11, 2018, meeting. 
   
   
3. Receive a presentation from Turnbull & Brim on the LMPO audit for the period beginning July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2018 and consider accepting the audit. 
   
   
4. Ratify the action of the Chairman to support the performance measures targets established by ODOT in the categories of Pavement Condition, Bridge Condition, and System Performance.
