2.                  Election of Vice-Chairman.

3.                  Approval of minutes of November 20, 2008.

4.                  Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee approval of a resolution adopting Amendment No. 2 to the Fiscal Year 2009 Unified Planning Work Program for the Lawton Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process.

5.                  Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee approval of a resolution adopting an amendment to the Federal Fiscal Years 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 Transportation Improvement Program for the Lawton Metropolitan Area Transportation Study area to include statewide line items for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (economic stimulus) and the Downtown Revitalization Project.

6.                  Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee endorsement of an amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Lawton and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for Congestion Mitigation Air Quality programs and projects during Fiscal Year 2009.

7.                  Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee amendment of the Transportation Policy Committee By-laws to include a representative from Friends of the Trail as a nonvoting member.
