1.                  Meeting called to order and roll call.

2.                  Election of Chairman and Vice-Chairman.

3.                  Approval of Minutes of the December 18, 2008 meeting.

4.                  Hold a public hearing and consider adopting a resolution approving an amendment to the Federal Fiscal Years (FFY) 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for the Lawton Metropolitan Area Transportation Study (LMATS) area to include a line item for the American Recovery and Restoration Act of 2009 (economic stimulus) and the Downtown Revitalization Project.

5.                  Consider approving Amendment No. 2 to the Fiscal Year 2009 Unified Planning Work Program for the Lawton Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process.

6.                  Reimburse the City of Lawton for transportation planning and Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) planning for August, September, and October 2008.
