1.                  Meeting called to order and roll call.

2.                  Approval of minutes of March 12, 2009, March 26, 2009, and April 30, 2009.

3.         Hold a public hearing and consider approving a resolution adopting the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization's Public Participation Process.

4.            Consider approving the Fiscal Year 2010 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) for the Lawton Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process.

CONSENTAGENDA.  The following items are considered to be routine and will be enacted with one motion. Should discussion be desired on an item, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda prior to action and considered separately.

5.            Consider approving the Annual Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the LMPO for transportation planning and authorize the Chairman to execute.

6.            Consider approving the annual Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the LMPO for air quality planning and authorize the Chairman to execute.

7.            Consider approving the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Lawton and the LMPO for metropolitan transportation planning for Fiscal Year 2010 for the Lawton Metropolitan Area and authorize the Chairman to execute.

8.            Consider approving the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Lawton and the LMPO for Congestion Mitigation Air Quality programs and projects during Fiscal Year 2010 and authorize the Chairman to execute.

9.            Consider approving the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Certifications and Assurances for Fiscal Year 2010 and authorize the Chairman to execute.

10.            Consider approving the Annual Joint Certification Statement for the Lawton Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process and authorize the Chairman to execute.

11.            Consider approving the Memorandum of Understanding between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization.
